About the Role

The role is demanding and requires high performance across a variety of responsibilities, including, but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:
- Content & Community Engagement: Gathering information and topics for airing, creating listener-friendly playlists, and serving as a liaison between the station and the surrounding community.
- Technical Operations: Troubleshooting computer glitches independently or with technical guidance, managing webpage updates, and overseeing social media platforms.
- Communication & Administration: Managing and organizing emails with professional etiquette, maintaining advertiser logs.
- Station Support: Remaining on call for potential radio disruptions or equipment breakdowns.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate must hold a high school diploma and demonstrate strong communication skills in both written and oral formats. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential to manage operations and streamline processes. While not required, the ability to work in both French and English is considered a significant asset. We are looking for a team player who can also work effectively without direct supervision and meet deadlines under pressure.

Employee Wages:
-Salary will be commensurate with the successful candidate's qualifications and experience.
