Food Bank Services
Now Available across the Lower North Shore
Food delivery services can be made across the entire Lower North Shore throughout the year and will be coordinated with local grocery stores. All food bank deliveries are completely confidential.

Lower North Shore Coalition for Health
CFBS Radio Blanc-Sablon is proud to announce the approval of a project for the purchase of new station equipment. The project has been funded in part by the Government of Canada.
The funds have helped CFBS Radio with the purchase of all new microphones for the station, along with suspension, two new microphone stands, and we have been equipped with new headsets. All of this is for conducting interviews, recording ads, and while on air. This new equipment is helping CFBS Radio keep up with today’s advancing technology and providing clear, quality broadcasting for our listening audience.
CFBS Radio has also purchased an iPad mini for events that take place away from the station. This allows the staff to have an up-to-date device that they can customize to provide quality broadcasting when away from the station.
Lastly, there was a purchase of two new computers. The computers are being used to ensure proper internal functioning, such as accounting and management of the radio station. CFBS Radio would again like to note that this project has been made possible in part by the Government of Canada. Thank You.

CFBS Radio Blanc-Sablon est fière d'annoncer l'approbation d'un projet pour l'achat de nouveaux équipements pour la station. Le projet a été financé en partie par le gouvernement du Canada.
Les fonds ont permis à CFBS Radio d'acheter de nouveaux microphones pour la station, ainsi que de nouveaux supports de micro, et nous avons été équipés de nouveaux casques d'écoute. Tout cela nous permet de réaliser des entrevues, d'enregistrer des publicités et d'être à l'antenne. Ce nouvel équipement aide CFBS Radio à suivre les progrès de la technologie actuelle et à fournir une diffusion claire et de qualité à nos auditeurs.
CFBS Radio a également acheté un iPad mini pour les événements qui se déroulent en dehors de la station. Cela permet à l'équipe de disposer d'un appareil moderne qu'elle peut personnaliser pour fournir une diffusion de qualité lorsqu'elle n'est pas à la station.
Enfin, deux nouveaux ordinateurs ont été achetés. Les ordinateurs sont utilisés pour assurer le bon fonctionnement interne, comme la comptabilité et la gestion de la station de radio.
