About the Company
The Place aux Jeunes Agent promotes the mobility of youth 18 to 35 within the region, from Canada, and internationally. Responsibilities include promoting job opportunities offered to youth in the area. The Place aux Jeunes agent must also maintain a network of contacts locally, provincially, federally, and worldwide.

About the Role
Responsibilities The Place aux Jeunes Agent will be responsible for providing three key services:
1. Individual remote support;
2. Organizing attraction, reception, and retention activities;
3. Disseminating information.
This would be inclusive of the following:
Recruit and assess potential candidates and their needs. Offer a personalized support service to young people (candidates registered in the database) who wish to undertake an approach that could lead to their establishment in the region.
Facilitate the connection between young graduates and key local resources in a territory (e.g., employers, schools, housing services, daycare centers, etc.)
Transmit information on the program to encourage the engagement of local partners. Monitor the program's progress (e.g., accompany participants, organize activities, follow up with participants).
Establish and maintain a network of contacts who can provide relevant, practical, and accessible information that adds value to what is available elsewhere.
Stream information on the PAJ electronic platform, including job and internship opportunities.
Raise awareness within the communities and potential partners (e.g., CSSL, CISSSCN, MRC), as well as in the political and media spheres, about issues related to youth migration.
Attend all relevant meetings and participate in training sessions to stay updated with relevant network trends.
Work effectively independently as well as in a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma, but college and university students will be given priority.
- Must be computer literate.
- Should have excellent communication and writing skills in the English language and a basic understanding of French.
- Must be available to travel.
Working Conditions
- $25.00 per hour @ 35 hours per week
- In your community, depending on a Partnership established
